Returns & Refund Policy
- At The Away Kitchen, food safety and hygiene are our highest priority. Therefore, we have a strict no-return policy — products once dispatched from our facility cannot be taken back under any circumstances.
- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (i.e., not as ordered), please notify us within 7 days of delivery along with photo evidence and your order/invoice details.
- Once the issue is verified, we will be happy to reship or replace the affected items.
- Please note, return shipping or reshipment costs in such cases will be borne by the customer, unless the error occurred on our end.
